For this reason, I’ve created a Mentorship Program to help you learn how to navigate the changes in life so you’re never off track again.  


We incorporate innovative approaches based on emerging research to help you learn more about your body and what it needs.

Each 3-month Session Includes:

  • Private call with Kelly
  • Personalized accountability based on your needs
  • Personalized nutrition education with submission of nutrition tracking
  • On demand classes for self-paced learning
  • Live online nutrition classes (Topics: vary per session)
  • Recipes
  • Community of others in the session with you
